Artichoke Heart Fritters are a great way to get your family to eat more artichokes!

Since my family was craving them, I decided to whip up a batch for dinner.

Only this time, I decided to use “frozen” artichoke hearts rather than using fresh artichokes.  Making this recipe even easier! ๐Ÿ˜‰

First let me tell you, that our house always smells so delicious when I make these artichoke heart fritters. And yours will too!

A Quick Tip:  You can make these artichoke fritters using “fresh” artichokes; however, you need some time, patience, and a good pair of rubber gloves to clean them.

So, if you prefer to use fresh artichokes, you can check out our post on How to Clean Artichokes.
