They look beautiful! I love making burrata and marinated tomatoes in the summer with my homegrown cherry tomatoes. I make my guests top their own crostini though 🙂

Wonderful. I can’t wait till my tomatoes ripen. I love buratta, but I love stracciatella even more. But that might be too messy for the crostini. Great appetizer idea.

So many things to love about this. Among them, you could easily ramp them up for a crowd, and it wouldn’t kill you with work, but at the same everyone would totally love them. Thanks!
