In reply to Shelley. HI Shelley! That's a good question, and thanks for asking. Yes of course you can, especially if you have other sides baking/reheating at the same time. You can certainly continue to bake it longer. But keep an eye on them, they may be finish baking sooner (maybe additional 10 to 15 minutes).

Is it possible to bake this longer and avoid the time with the oven off? I generally have multiple side dishes reheating/baking at the same time. I can’t leave the oven off for 30 minutes
