Hi – So glad to hear Kathy! It is so good and we make it often. Keep in mind the color will vary by the amount of kale blended. Sometimes I add in more kale and the soup is greener, the taste is always delicious- enjoy!

I've made cauliflower soup and I've made kale but never combined the two, such a beautiful color. I bet this is delicious!
