chicken thighs are the best for cooking i think. and the flavours you have chosen go so well. you can never have too much lemon and garlic 🙂

I haven’t made this recipe in a while so thank you for sharing it again. Now to shop for chicken thighs, my husband loves them roasted because they stay so juicy.

Love anything with lemon, garlic and thyme! I imagine the sauce over the potatoes and love it! Great dish!

I smiled as I know my husband would enjoy this meal immensely. With all that flavorful sauce, I think I would like to have some garlic mashed potatoes and drizzle some on top of them.
