This is as delicious-looking that is as delicious-looking as it is beautiful; I can't decide what I love the most about this dip. Is it the ricotta? The chocolate chips? The pistachios? Or the bits of sugar cone? Just wow! Thanks for this recipe, it's my favorite of the day and knowing it is from my favorite pair of sister-foodies makes it even better.
