I challenged myself to follow the recipe as is as I’ve been known to go a little rogue and I was a little apprehensive about the seasoning on the grill and no marinade.

Well I’m absolutely glad that I did because you ladies have something going on here! The London Broil turned out perfect! The only thing different is I did shut the grill for about a minute after the second flip because I was losing way too much temperature and wasn’t getting flames. My grills issue, not the recipe.

I had some tomatoes and corn from my garden so I made a tomato, corn and avocado succotash of the sort that we extremely well with the meat. I finished it off by baking a fresh loaf of sourdough. This guy is stuffed, happy and grateful to have a new killer recipe to throw in the mix!

Cant wait to try other recipes on your site! Thanks for dinner!
