I googled the ingredients I had on hand, scrolled thru the recipes and this one caught my eye. Delicious and fast. I live alone, so I made1/2 the recipe, but felt I needed more veggies, but didn’t want a salad. I had some left over sauteed green beans with garlic and onions, so I warmed them and served them along side the pasta. I wasn’t sure if how the combo would work, well it did and is my idea of a perfect dinner, with a glass of wine of course.

Thank you, I will be looking forward to more of your recipes.
P.S. Nothing like fast and delicious.
