I replaced the Mango with Pineapple Chunks as My Husband and I do not like Mango . I also replaced Cilantro with Italian Parsley as I do not like the taste of Cilantro. I couldn’t find Jicama so I lefr it Out. I used some of the Pineapple Juice from the Canned Pineapple Chunks with the Lemon Dressing and it was amazing
I Fried My Shrimps as Husband would not Eat the Shrimps.
A Nice Dish for Light Supper with Glass of White Wine on the Patio near the Pool or for Guests as Well. It was Delicious .
