My blogger friend Em got me hooked on medjool dates when she visited me last summer. She was always snacking on them and I finally tried one and loved it. I love opening them up and slathering them with almond butter. I'm totally going to try them with the mascarpone cheese and the walnuts though! Sounds delish. 🙂
