Oh my! Springtime is getting into shape time: more exercise, less carbs and sugar! However, my grandson is coming to stay in April and I think that may be the time to try out this recipe. He's a dab hand in the kitchen and cooking is part of our ritual together. When he likes a recipe we make together, he writes it down to take home with him! I have a feeling that this is one of those recipes!!
