I chopped and prepared half the recipe and had to take a break from technology. I wasn’t enjoy my cooking anymore. God bless recipe books! I also added some chopped carrot. I wondered what I was supposed to do with the celery and basil. So I just added the celery with the other vegetables and the basil at the end. Thanks.
