I made this and wanted to share my story. I had an immersion blender so long ago that I didn’t really know what it was for, so I got rid of it. So, I was using my food processor and while looking for the lid and had my back turned, a ton of the liquid was leaking out all over my counters, cabinet doors and floor. Turned out the blade wasn’t clicked into place. So, I ended up using a potato masher! Not as blended as I would have liked, but it is tasty, low calorie, filling and loaded with veggies. Nice one!!

Hi Maria,
One bag of fresh brussels sprouts will do. I never counted how many in the bag(but now I will) but I buy them at Trader Joe’s or a bag from Harris Teeter.
When I return from Prague, I will buy them again and count how many.
