I only had Almond Croisssants in the House and used that and Wow
this was Delicious and Money Saver. Our New Dessert Treat.

I made the Strawberry Croissants Shortcake using Almond Filled Croissants
as this is What Bakery Had Only available
and let me Tell Ya it was more than DELICIOUS
and served with a Good Quality Coffee. This is DEFINTELY A KEEPER FOLKS

Hi Kani! That’s a good question. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s sells the mini ones “frozen” in their freezer section. Also, you can use “freshly baked” mini croissants with our recipe and find them in most supermarkets that have a bakery department, including Whole Foods. Keep in mind, you can use freshly baked ones – making it even easier! I hope this helps. Have a great day! 🙂

In reply to Susan. Thanks, Susan. I got the idea from years of traveling to Italy. In Italy, they make these croissants during the warm weather in cafes/bars and serve them with an espresso. So yummy, we would order them often.
