The Green Drink-Spinach Smoothie. It's time to skip the cereals and lattes and try this refreshing, delicious tasting green smoothie made with fresh baby spinach, pineapples, apples, bananas and coconut milk. By far, it's the best tasting green smoothie ever!
  • 6 chunks fresh pineapple
  • 2 small bananas ( frozen)
  • 2 small Fuji apples
  • 6 ounce package organic baby spinach (I used ½ package)
  • 1+1/2 cups coconut milk
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for about 3 minutes.
  2. Pour into glasses.
  3. Yields: 4 cups
