Hi Lisa!  That is a good question, thanks for asking. These brownies are done when the edges are firm and some small cracks form on top. Also, when the edges slightly pulled away from the pan, and the center is set (not jiggly when you shake the baking pan).  I hope this helps! :)]]></description>
