I order this a lot at one of our favorite restaurants, but never thought of making it at home! You made it look easy–and branzino would be a delicious change of pace for dinner!

In reply to sherry. Yes, Branzino has many names, like capemouth and sea perch, but most of the time it's called Branzino or European sea bass. I'm sure you can find it at your local fish market. ENJOY!

i’ve never heard of branzino but perhaps we either don’t have it here or it has a different name. i’m sure other fish would do in its place:) Tasty i’m sure, either way. cheers S

I’ve often been tempted to try Branzino in restaurants and would love to try it at home without the hefty price tag 🙂 It looks so fresh and tasty! Have a great weekend.
