I tried all your Seafood Dishes. Christmas Eve I had sixty five people for Dinner, I also had 7 cooks helping. My guest loved every dish. Anna all your Recipes were a big hit at my Holiday Dinner.

i love the capers with the red pepper flakes and the cheese. It looks delicious. I rather a sauce/flavor like this with my pasta than a heavy tomato based.

In reply to Tricia @ Saving room for dessert. I like to rinse my capers while my husband doesn't - go figure! But for me, capers tend to be too salty and that's the reason I like to rinse them before I add them.
