What a lovely and delicious casserole! We loved it! The sausage turned out delicious and very flavorful, along with the potatoes that melted in our mouth. It was wonderful.

In reply to SavoringTime in the Kitchen. Sue you can also make this using the larger sausage links too, just know that you will need more time to cook them. Or slice them in half and they will cook in the same amount of time.
