Perfect Sunny-side Up Eggs

Perfect Sunny-side up eggs takes minutes to make and helps get breakfast ready quick and easy!

Prep Time 1 minute
Cook Time 3 minutes
Total Time 4 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp. olive oil (not needed if you use the phantom chef fry pan)
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper, to
  • toast for serving

Instructions

  1. If you use the phantom chef fry pan, then no oil is needed.
  2. Heat oil in a medium nonstick skillet, about 1 to 2 minutes. OR, Heat phantom chef fry pan on medium heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Crack each egg, one at a time and slowly add each one to the skillet.
  4. Cook the eggs until the whites are completely set but the yolks are still loose and runny, about 2 to 2 +1/2 minutes.
  5. Slide the eggs out of the skillet onto a plate or on top of toast.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.

  2. For fall I absolutely love the vegetable lasagna… itโ€™s my go-to for having my kids eat veggies without the โ€œlook of disgustโ€ on their faces that I made veggies as a main dish. They gobble it right up! And the butternut squash fall soup to warm up the bones and the heart! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  6. I love Autumn because I can make beef stew. It’s perfect for the cooler weather. I also make chili every Halloween and I hand out cups of it to freezing parents trick or treating with their kids.

  7. Love minestrone at this time of year. Just made a big pot this week with butternut squash and all the vegetables and beans.
