					<description><![CDATA[I really like your husband&#039;s approach. You can go hog wild with complicated turkey preparations, but I simple, honest-to-goodness roasted turkey is perfect for me. My little trick is to stuff the neck cavity with sweet Italian sausage, so that as the turkey cooks, it helps keep things moist. One the turkey&#039;s done, I mince the sausage and toss it in with the stuffing.]]></description>
