Hi Christine!  Welcome to our recipe blog, it is so nice to meet you! To answer your question, yes! You can make it ahead a few hours before serving. But under cook them a little, because the longer the beans sit (after sautéed) in a warm skillet, or even if they are set aside to cool down in a serving dish, they will continue to cook, and you don&#039;t want to end up with overcooked or mushy beans.
