I used a Small Can Diced Tomatoes and handful of cooked Basmati Rice ,
2 teaspoon Lemon Juice and 1/2 Thinly Sliced White Onion added some Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Let Simmer on Low then added Spinach at the End Only. .
I serve this with Breaded Basa, Cutlets, Italian Sausages, Hamburgers .

I’ve never tried tomato with sauteed spinach but I love the idea! Next time 🙂
