Hi Joanne, I think you definitely can use frozen spinach, just be sure to drain the liquid after you thaw it, then add it to the skillet to flavor it with the scallions and follow the rest of the directions in the recipe. It should be fine. Thanks for asking. Have a great week and thanks for stopping by. Have a wonderful holiday! :)

Hi Aileen, thanks for asking, that is a good question. I would have to say yes to using almond flour. But keep in mind, it might change the texture and even the flavor. Also, may we help you with some of Keto recipes? Here is our link: https://2sistersrecipes.com/healthy-low-carb-keto-recipes-25-recipes/ ...I hope this helps! Have a great weekend. :)

Hello Carmen! Thank you for leaving a sweet comment. We're so glad you love this recipe, and yes, you can double it and bake it in a larger baking pan, probably in a 9 x 12 baking pan would work. And, thanks again! Have a great Labor Day weekend! :)

HI Chris, I believe you can. I prefer Swiss and gruyere cheeses with this recipe, but try it - and let us know how it turns out. We'd love to hear back from you and how it turns out. I hope this helps! :)
