Strawberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Pops

Strawberry Frozen Greek Yogurt Pops are popsicles made with a simple blend of Greek yogurt, a little honey, milk, and strawberry preserves. That’s it!

Sweet flavors of strawberries with a creamy consistency like ice cream, only it is not!

It is a frozen yogurt popsicle with a twist!  Your kids will think it’s ice cream!

They are amazingly creamy and delicious. A cool treat to serve the entire family.

I made these creamy frozen pops with only 4 ingredients which by the way- I really only had on hand.

Over the weekend, and while I was babysitting I noticed that my eldest daughter had these adorable rocket popsicle molds in her kitchen.

So I decided to fill them with something delicious and healthy for my grandchildren to enjoy.

I wanted to experiment with making these popsicles because honestly, I can’t get my 2-year-old grandson to eat anything these days.

Trying to come up with something totally different to get this child to eat healthy, is a huge task.

And yet if it tastes as good as a smoothie, I thought to myself: why not a popsicle?

Surprisingly, they turned out better than I imagined.

Both my grandson and granddaughter loved them plus my daughter couldn’t believe how good the popsicles tasted, she even went for seconds herself!

You can make any flavor you want, just substitute the strawberry preserves for a different fruit, or even use chocolate.

If you have fresh strawberries in the fridge, chop them up and throw them in!  I didn’t have any, so I did without.

Have fun and make it your own creation!

These frozen treats only took less than 5 minutes to prepare and it was such a breeze to clean up.

Try them, I think you will enjoy them as much as they did!

Enjoy everyone!

Here’s a Great Tip!

If you don’t have any popsicle molds, you can use 3-ounce Dixie paper cups. They work very well. Just pour the mixture into each cup and freeze for at least one hour before you place a wooden popsicle stick into the middle of each cup. Then continue to freeze for another 2 hours or more. When ready to serve, just snip the edge of the paper cups with scissors and gently pull the popsicle out.
