That’s a good question. I haven’t thought about adding bananas. But if I had to guess, I would use one banana and chop into small pieces, and scatter them over the strawberry-pineapple mixture. Then top with the remaining crumble and bake! If you try it, let us know how it turns out. Thanks again!

I was thinking of adding sliced bananas to the recipe for more of a banana split recipe. I’m not sure how many bananas to use. Any ideas?

You can certainly use fresh pineapple and its juices with this recipe. The only thing I would recommend is to finely chop the pineapple, which is why the “canned” one is so convenient. I hope this helps. Have a great weekend! 🙂
