How to Make These Flourless Fudgy Brownies?
This flourless fudgy brownie recipe is one of the easiest recipes you will ever make. All you will need to do is measure all the rest of the ingredients and place them into a high-speed blender or food processor (but hold the chips), and puree. It is that easy! Here, we will go through each step to make these flourless black bean brownies.
Step 1: First, preheat the oven to 350F degrees (176 ยฐC).
Step 2: Open the can of black beans and rinse them under cold running water for about 1 minute. Then drain well. Transfer the beans to your blender or food processor.
Step 3: Measure all the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, and add them to your blender. Then puree on high speed for about 2 to 3 minutes, until creamy smooth. Open the lid, and stir in the chocolate chips.
Final Step: Pour the batter into a greased 8×8 baking pan, or use parchment paper for easy cleanup. Scatter a few chips on top.

Bake on the center rack in the oven for 18 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Remove and allow the brownies to cool completely before cutting. Best to place the pan into your refrigerator to cool completely. This will set the brownies quickly.

Storing and Freezing
To Store: Let them cool completely first. Cut them into individual squares and either transfer to a container lined with parchment paper or wrap each brownie tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper. Store them on your counter, or keep them chilled in the fridge. They will stay fresh for days.
To Freeze: Place the wrapped brownies in a freezer-safe container or zip-top bag. Also, freezing them individually is ideal, especially since you can pull one out whenever a chocolate craving hits!

A Healthier Snack
When you have a chocolate craving, why not go for something healthier that will soothe it? Bake a batch of these black bean flourless fudgy brownies, and keep them in your fridge or freezer so you can enjoy them for days!
