Created in 2011, 2 Sisters Recipes first started blogging as our way to save our mom’s amazing recipes, who by the way is an amazing cook and learned her culinary skills from some of the greatest chefs in the world while living in Capri, Italy with our dad.
Here is where you’ll find easy-to-follow recipes we’ve developed but also authentic Italian recipes that were handed down to us from our beautiful mom, Maria.

Hi, I’m Anna! (on the right) I love cooking healthy meals with natural and organic ingredients as much as possible. I’ve collected a library of cookbooks that inspire me, however, I’m always dreaming up new recipes the way our mom did. You’ll notice I’m not very fond of using a ton of salt or sugar in my recipes, but I LOVE to cook with WINE, and sometimes even add it to the food! 🙂
Hi, I’m Liz! (on the left) and I enjoy creating healthy low calorie, low fat, and even some vegetarian, gluten-free and vegan dishes. Together, we’re on a quest to eating only whole foods, focusing on mostly a plant-based diet and enjoying every meal.
You’ll find a wide range of recipes, from appetizers to quick & easy weeknight meals, Sunday dinner’s, and even fabulous desserts!
We love creating and sharing delicious recipes, especially our tried and true favorites. Plus, recipes that are easy enough to pull off after a long day at work, yet impressive enough to serve for a dinner party.
