This simple vinaigrette salad dressing is loaded with flavor. It is a salad dressing that my daughter, Annalisa, makes all the time. And, it is so delicious – everyone always asks her for the recipe, every time. So today, we are happy to share her recipe with all of you!

It’s made with simple wholesome ingredients, and takes less than 5 minutes. It makes 2 cups and is enough to last for weeks (if it lasts that long). Keep it chill, and it will last for at least 3 weeks.

Ingredients for Simple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Recipe:

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp.. Grey Coupon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small lemon- juiced
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • and a 2-cup mason jar or dressing bottle

How To Make Simple Vinaigrette Salad Dressing?

First, gather all the ingredients needed for this recipe. Then measure the ingredients into a mason jar or dressing bottle, and stir with a spoon until well combined. Then cover with the lid, shake to combine again. Transfer to the refrigerator and keep it chilled until you’re ready to use.

With only eight wholesome ingredients, this recipe is quick to make and far better than anything store-bought. A delicious salad dressing that's ideal for all salads, and can serve as a condiment for dipping too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp. of Grey Coupon Dijon mustard
  • 1 small lemon- juiced
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • and a 2-cup mason jar or dressing bottle

Instructions

  • Measure all the ingredients exactly. Pour the olive oil and vinegar into a 2-cup mason jar (or your favorite vinaigrette bottle). Add all the rest of the ingredients. Stir with a spoon vigorously. Taste the vinaigrette, and adjust for salt if you need to.
  • Then close the jar with the top. and shake it for a few seconds. Keep it chilled until you're ready to use some.
  • When ready, pour the amount of dressing needed, about 1/4 cup (or more to your taste), over your next salad, toss the salad, and serve.
  • Keep the dressing chilled for future salads.
  • Notes

    Keep salad dressing chilled in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to 3 weeks.
