Breakfast Egg Sliders to Go!
Breakfast Egg Sliders to Go! Breakfast comes together in minutes with these egg sliders made with fresh eggs, cheese, and ham. Perfect! A fun twist on our girls favorite “the egg McMuffin sandwich.” Instead of using toasted English muffins, making these breakfast egg sliders to go even easier!
This is my healthier version of the beloved “egg sandwich.” Only this one is fast, easy and fresh!
What could be better? Nothing beats a fresh breakfast that is quick and delicious for the entire family to enjoy before running out to school or work.
How to Make Breakfast Egg Sliders To Go?
- Dinner Rolls: I had dinner rolls sitting on the counter, and thought I would use them to make my sliders the following morning.
- Egg Omelet: I made a quick cheese omelet, cut it into thirds. Then place each third into a roll.
- Sliced Ham: Topped with a slice of ham, folded. … and served!
They turned out so good, my daughter who is a picky eater LOVED them!
These sandwiches are petite and yummy! Everyone can grab one as they run out the door.
If you need to make extra, double the recipe. Because one sandwich maybe enough for us girls, but the men in your life will definitely want to eat more than one.
I hope you enjoy these breakfast sliders as much as we do.
Enjoy!
