Ingredients Overview for Aperol Spritz Cocktail…

For best results, we recommend chilling these 4 main ingredients before making your Aperol spritz cocktails:

1. Prosecco ~ Choose any prosecco of your choice, and chill the bottle before you make the Aperol spritz cocktail. Prosecco is a sparkling Italian wine and can be easily found in your local liquor and wine store.

2. Aperol Liqueur ~ This is the main ingredient, and it is called the Aperol liqueur and it is somewhat bitter. It is sold in any local liquor store in your neighborhood, or you can purchase it on Amazon.

3. Club Soda or Seltzer ~ Best to choose the regular or “no flavor” of club soda or seltzer for this Italian aperitif. And you will only need a splash of it, about 1 ounce will suffice.

4. Lemon Juice ~ A splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice is added to the mixture of the Aperol spritz for additional freshness and a clean taste.

5. Slices of Lemon and Navel Orange ~ Always garnish each glass with one slice of either lemon, orange, or both. In addition, a slice is dropped inside the glass for additional flavor and appearance.
