Easy BLT Burritos are sandwiches you can easily make anytime of the year. They’re made with crisp, salty bacon, mellow avocado, sliced tomatoes, crisp romaine lettuce, and a spicy mayonnaise to go with it. I decided to make these burritos into my favorite sandwich, the BLT. Only I wrapped each one with a Multi-Grain (with Flax) flatbread to create tasty BLT burritos!
Quick and easy to make, these BLT burritos took about 10 minutes to assemble! They’re terrific if you’re looking for a very light sandwich to serve for lunch or dinner.
One burrito was very satisfying for me. And, you can certainly adjust the filling and make each one as thick or as light to your liking.
I found these multi-grain flatbreads at Publix and thought I would give them a try. Their only 100 calories each, with 9 grams of protein. I thought it would be fun to try them for these burritos instead of using regular flour tortillas. They worked very nicely.
The spicy mayonnaise really enhances the flavors of these BLT burritos. It’s a mixture of mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice, taking these burritos to a whole new level.
Everyone really loved them! The boys especially enjoyed them even more with a cold beer.
Enjoy!

- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

In the microwave or frying pan, cook the bacon until crisp.
Drain on paper towels. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce and lemon juice.
Take each flatbread and spread each one with some spicy mayonnaise.
Place on one end, 2 leaves of lettuce, 2 slices of avocados, 2 slices of tomatoes and one thick-cut slice of bacon or 2 to 3 slices of center-cut bacon. Roll up each wrap, pinch at the top with a toothpick to keep them closed. Transfer burritos to a platter and serve.
