Sharing is caring!

Peach-Apricot Greek Yogurt Frozen Pops!  These are frozen pops made with a blend of Greek yogurt, low-fat milk, honey, and peach-apricot jam.  My kids love frozen treats to snack on, like ice cream. What better way to make them something all-natural and without any artificial ingredients and still taste fabulous?  So I decided to make them my own frozen treats using only 4 ingredients I had on hand.

Peach-Apricot is the flavor for these delicious tasting Greek yogurt frozen pops that took me only 5 minutes to make, and pop them into the freezer!

With this simple recipe, I know we can make so many different flavors to enjoy all summer long.

Peach-Apricot Greek Yogurt Frozen Pops are super easy to make and freeze!

Best of all, I didn’t need to use our ice cream machine this time around.  I just simply blended together some Greek yogurt along with some peach-apricot preserves, milk, and honey from Trader Joe’s.

That’s it.

I also used low-fat milk, instead of whole milk.  You can also use almond milk if you prefer.

Then I blended all the ingredients in a blender for a few seconds and poured the yogurt mixture into these cute star ice pop molds I picked up the other day.

In addition, I used my husband’s favorite spreadable fruit, the Peach-Apricot by Sarabeth’s, which he usually has on his toast every morning for breakfast.  He didn’t mind.

Actually he loved the frozen pop himself and didn’t realize it was made with yogurt until I told him (he’s not fond of yogurt).

Variations and Subsitutions!

Go ahead and add in some fresh diced peaches or diced apricots just before you pour the mixture into the molds and freeze.

Adding fresh fruit to the mix gives these frozen treats more flavor.

Try adding your favorite jams or preserves to make delicious flavors!

These peach-apricot greek yogurt frozen pops turned out really fabulous.  They were super yummy!

Who knew something so healthy can taste this good.  Besides, they make the perfect frozen treat for kids of all ages, even big kids – like us!

Great TIPS!

  • Sarabeth’s has a variety of flavored fruit preserves and are sold in supermarkets around the world, including Walmart and ShopRite and I found this particular peach-apricot flavor online.  You may click here if you prefer this flavor as well.

  • You can use your favorite brands of jams and make your own flavors!

Hope you’ll try these Peach-Apricot Greek Frozen Pops sometime soon!

In the meantime, have a great day!
