Mini Peanut Butter and Nutella Sandwiches
Mini Peanut Butter and Nutella Sandwiches are fun for everyone! Mini sandwiches made easily with 2 slices of bread, a layer of creamy peanut butter topped with our favorite hazelnut chocolate Nutella. Then it is cut into 4 quarters. These adorable mini sandwiches make the perfect snack for everyone to love! Even I love them!

Sometimes it’s a daunting task to make HEALTHY school lunches or even healthy afternoon snacks for kids of all ages. So I try to always keep common ingredients in the pantry, so snacks like this one comes easy!
I prefer using whole-grain bread whenever I can.
It adds a little more texture to the sandwich, and it’s healthier for them. You can make these sandwiches using a crunchy peanut butter brand to give them even more texture and crunch.
My teenagers and their friends enjoy these Peanut Butter and Nutella Sandwiches after school.
And kids LOVE them even more when they are made into these mini-sandwiches!
Simply cut off the crust around each slice of bread, smear some peanut butter and some Nutella on top. Then cut the sandwich crosswise and serve! You’ll find adults will love them with a cup of coffee or tea.
These sandwiches will not only provide a boost of protein they will also satisfy anyone’s cravings for something sweet and chocolaty. Enjoy!!
Here’s a Tip: It’s easy to make these in the morning while you are preparing lunches. Just wrap them in clear wrap or use a ziplocked bag and refrigerate. They will be glad the sandwiches are ready when they return home. Best served with a glass of milk!
Ingredients Needed for Mini Peanut Butter and Nutella Sandwiches:
- 2 Tbsp. All-Natural or Organic Peanut Butter – smooth brand
- 2 Tbsp. Nutella
- 4 slices of Whole Grain Bread – Arnold 12 Grain Bread
Directions to make these mini sandwiches:
1. First, cut off the crust on all 4 sides of each slice.
2. Take a slice of bread, spread one tablespoon of peanut butter and one tablespoon of Nutella. Add a slice of bread on top.
3. Cut sandwich in half and then in half again, giving you 4 mini-sandwiches.
4. Repeat with the second sandwich. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

we call it the "chocolate" sandwich. grant asks for it almost every day and on the days he does get his chocolate sandwich I have never seen him so happy!
