Keeping in mind, these top 12 favorite recipes this past year are in no particular order.

1. Boneless Short Ribs Recipe (in the Oven) ~ A wonderful recipe even for beginners! We start by oven-braising the ribs, cooked in the oven to lock in flavor and tenderness. Then simmer them in a savory blend of red wine, broth, vegetables, and fresh thyme, until they are fork-tender.

2. Classic Vodka Sauce Recipe (7-Ingredients) ~ A simple recipe that creates a fresh-tasting and flavorful sauce served with pasta… plus…is ready in 20 minutes? It is an ideal meal for the whole family to enjoy!

3. Autumn Squash Soup (Panera Copycat) ~ It’s packed with vegetables, including 2 squashes, butternut, and pumpkin, and pureed into a creamy texture for an amazing, flavorful soup. And, it’s better and healthier than Panera’s original.

4. Chicken Rollatini with Prosciutto and Cheese ~  This easy recipe features tender chicken cutlets stuffed with simple and flavorful ingredients, and rolled, then baked until golden and crispy.

5. Calamari Fra Diavolo Recipe ~  is an easy Italian dish featuring squid stewed in a flavorful, fresh tomato sauce. It can be served as a side with crusty bread for dipping or paired with your favorite pasta for a delicious seafood meal.

6. Authentic Italian Tomato Sauce (Family Recipe)~ is a family recipe made with San Marzano tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, onions, garlic, fresh basil, and salt. This seafood recipe is made with a light dredge in flour, then simmered in a brown, buttery, lemon sauce to create the most succulent and moist fish ever! 11. Christmas Mistletoe Cocktail (Hugo) ~ is a refreshing, light holiday spritzer or aperitif, also known in Italy as a Hugo. It is made with prosecco, seltzer, elderflower liqueur, mint leaves, and cranberries, and served with ice cubes. A delightful cocktail for the holidays!
