Breakfast comes together in minutes with these sliders made with fresh eggs, cheese, and ham. Perfect! A fun twist on my girls favorite “the egg McMuffin sandwich.” Instead of using toasted English muffins, I opt for bakery dinner rolls and made some breakfast sliders using eggs, American cheese and natural sweet ham.
This is my healthier version of the beloved “egg sandwich.” Only this one is fast, easy and fresh! What could be better? Nothing beats a fresh breakfast that is quick and delicious for the entire family to enjoy before running out to school or work.
I had dinner rolls sitting on the counter, and thought I would use them to make my sliders the following morning. I made a quick cheese omelet, cut it into thirds, then placed each one into the rolls and topped with a slice of ham. They turned out so good, my daughter who is a picky eater LOVED them!
These sandwiches are petite and yummy! Everyone can grab one as they run out the door!
So make extra! Because one sandwich maybe enough for us girls, but the men in your life will definitely want to eat more than one. I hope you enjoy these breakfast sliders as much as we do. Enjoy!
