For our Grilled Lamb Chops recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
- Lamb Loin Chops
- Garlic Cloves
- Fresh Parsley
- Italian Seasonings ( I used McCormick)
- Fresh Rosemary
- Lemon Juice
- Olive Oil
- Red Wine
- Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper
How to Make these Grilled Lamb Chops

1. In a deep platter, place the lamb chops side by side. Season with salt and pepper and place a sprig of rosemary on top.
2. Next, scatter over them with fresh garlic cloves, fresh parsley, rosemary, and Italian seasonings.
3. Drizzle over them with lemon juice, olive oil, and red wine. Cover with clear wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.


4. Remove from the refrigerator, and allow the meat to adjust to room temperature for about 15 minutes.
5. Heat the cast iron grill pan. Spray the pan or skillet with cooking oil to prevent sticking.

6. Add the lamb chops to the skillet and scatter them on top with garlic powder, a little salt, and pepper to taste. Grill the lamb chops for about 3 to 4 minutes per side for medium-rare, longer for medium to well.
7. Brush the remaining marinade on each lamb chop while grilling. When ready, remove and serve. Serves 2 to 4
