Grilled Lamb Chops with Garlic, Lemon, Wine and a mixture of herbs are what makes these the most tasty and succulent lamb chops you’ll ever had! This is an easy, crowd-pleasing dish from our archives because we LOVE lamb all year-round!
The key to these juicy lamb chops is in the simple marinade. Marinating the lamb loin chops with lemon juice, red wine, garlic and fresh herbs like parsley and rosemary for a few hours or even overnight is the secret to making them so delicious!!
Then grill these Lamb Chops with Garlic, Lemon, Wine and Herbs for a few minutes on both sides and serve. I used a cast iron grill pan to make these, but an outdoor grill works just the same. You can also cook these lamb chops in your oven broiler. Broiling is another great method to getting a grill-like results.
They are both fast and easy methods to cooking meats.
Some of our friends think Italian cooking is difficult or too complex, and they won’t even attempt to make an Italian dish. Well that’s not true. Italian cooking is actually very easy!
Through the years we watched our mother use only the simplest ingredients, the ones that we all have in our pantry. No need to fuss with a lot of ingredients or ones you can’t find or will never-ever use again. And that’s what makes Italian cooking so easy!
To compliment these lamb chops, serve it with any of our side dishes like:
Easy Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Baked Vegetable Bird’s Nests
Roasted Baby Red and Yukon Potatoes with Herbs.
Enjoy!
