We’re always trying to put our Thanksgiving leftovers to good use. So, here are 16+ delicious ideas and helpful tips for transforming your leftover turkey…and even a few of your side dishes…into something new.

Let’s Start with Leftover Turkey…

We love leftover turkey and always try to make good use of it. Besides making the usual turkey sandwiches for lunch the next day, here are a few more favorite ways to enjoy leftover turkey.

You can easily substitute diced or shredded leftover turkey for rotisserie or cooked chicken and even ground beef in many recipes, such as these:

  1. ) Adapt! Loaded Beef Quesadillas – instead of beef – use shredded or chopped leftover turkey! Make our loaded quesadillas with leftover turkey and have another delicious dinner idea. Simple, easy, and a delicious dinner for the whole family!

3.) Make a Grilled Cheese & Apple Sandwich – and add slices of leftover turkey to it! This idea will take your leftover turkey and turn it into the most delicious grilled sandwiches. Your whole family will love it. It’s SUBLIME!

Also, try making Turkey Cranberry Sliders! Use King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls or similar soft, sweet dinner rolls, add sliced turkey, and then smear some of your cranberry sauce on top. Perfect for lunch, game day, or a quick dinner.
