Ingredients Needed To Make Roasted Artichokes…

For our recipe, you will need the following ingredients:

ARTICHOKES: Choose fresh artichokes that are not too large. Medium-sized or smaller ones are best.

SEASONINGS: You will only need some salt, black pepper, and garlic powder for these to be flavorful.

BREAD CRUMBS: Choose plain bread crumbs for a nice crunch in every bite.

CHEESE: We prefer to use 2 kinds of grated cheeses. Grated parmesan and pecorino cheese, and you will only need a small amount to scatter over them.

LEMONS: Fresh lemons are a must! You will need some fresh lemon juice to scatter over the chokes, and a few slices to scatter around on the baking sheet.

OLIVE OIL: Choose a good quality of extra virgin olive oil to drizzle over the chokes just before they go into the oven to roast. Olive oil will give them flavor and keep them moist while roasting.
