October Baking List is here! What to bake this month? October is a great month for pumpkin picking, admiring the changing leaves, wearing cozy sweaters, and watching football games. We’re excited about this season and love sharing some of our most favorite recipes.

Here are a few ideas and staples for our October Baking List…
From savory to sweet, and even some Starbucks copycats, these are the most loved recipes from 2SR, and ones we enjoy making year after year. So take a look, and try some easy baking recipes!
Mornings Are Better With These
Our favorite Cinnamon Rolls with Raisins and Walnuts ~ are perfect for the weekends! there easy to whip up and bake in minutes. No kneading, and no rising dough for our recipe. These are quick, easy, and delicious.

Why not try our Cinnamon Sweet Potato Muffins? If you haven’t made these yet – we highly recommend them! These muffins are SO good, everyone approves! …(they are the BEST!) Also, check out our comments for ideas on ingredient substitutions.

Try Something Pumpkin
Our all-time favorite Double Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread ~ is loaded with wholesome ingredients, mini chocolate chips, and warm spices. So good, everyone will want a second slice.

Best Pumpkin Cookies with Vanilla Cream Cheese Frosting ~ are truly the BEST pumpkin cookies ever!! Super soft, melt-in-your-mouth with every bite, and loaded with flavor! These cookies are truly phenomenal!

Starbucks Copycat Favorites!
Try our Lemon Pound Cake ~ which is a copycat of Starbucks Lemon Loaf! ...And don’t forget our favorite scones! These Starbucks Pumpkin Scones Copycat – are irresistible!
They won’t disappoint! ๐

Football Season: “Wings” and “Dips”
So why not make these Roasted Spicy Maple Chicken Wings for your family and friends? With only 4 ingredients, these are healthier and better for you.

This happens to be everyone’s favorite dip, and it is phenomenal – to say the least! It’s our Easy Hot Chili Cheese Dip! Only 3 layers and 3 ingredients! Then it’s baked for only 5- minutes in the microwave. (It’s the best!)

Favorite Cookies
When it comes to chocolate chip cookies, why not elevate them with this recipe? Our most popular Chocolate Chip Coconut Cookies ~ are loaded with organic shredded coconut and mini semi-sweet chocolate chips, making them soft, wonderfully chewy, and chocolate delicious!

And, don’t forget our favorite Flourless Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe! These are wicked-good too!

Comfort Food for Dinner
Try our Macaroni and Cheese with Pancetta! This is an “Italian-style” of our favorite mac and cheese casserole. It offers everything in a mac & cheese – and more! So delicious, we promise your family will ask for seconds. Lusciously creamy and loaded with so much flavor, you’ll wonder why you haven’t made this one before.

And, don’t forget, our Cauliflower Gratin Casserole Recipe! It’s loaded with a creamy cheese sauce, cauliflower, and topped with a crunch topping. It’s delicious and totally satisfying!

Also, try a delicious vegetable side dish! Our Green Bean Casserole ~ it’s not just for Thanksgiving…you know. Creamy, crunchy and oh-so-good! Your family will LOVE this side dish. Serve it alone, or with any meats, poultry or fish – it is divine!

Apple Picking Season
As always, we enjoy making these Cinnamon Apple Cider Donuts every year. Best of all, these are BAKED, rather than fried – making them awesome!

And, Don’t Forget Pumpkin Lattes
Along with our baking season, one of the things we love best is our easy Pumpkin Spice Lattes. This easy recipe for pumpkin spice lattes is made with real canned pumpkin puree, warm spices, milk, coffee, and some whipped cream. No special equipment or espresso machine is required.
